Q: I’ve heard that Phoenix is very hot! Do I need to be worried about the climate?

Phoenix is located in a desert climate, but that doesn’t mean that it’s a dangerous climate. Our residents enjoy mild temperatures most of the year. In the summer, when temperatures climb, the city enjoys great air conditioning and many ways to cool off, like local swimming pools and indoor shopping malls and recreational activities.
